About Us This corporation is organized and shall be operated exclusively for charitable, scientific and educational purposes including, without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the advancement of the public interest in and understanding and knowledge of natural science and cultural history

The Discovery Room

This room is dedicated to the education of people of all ages. It is an excellent area for teachers and parents to bring their children with young bright minds to explore the natural sciences. For biology we have examples of animals and plants. In earth science we have minerals and fossils. We also have a variety of educational books and toys

Sletwold Hall

The gallery is designed to provide a place for short term exhibits from the collection of traveling shows, community events, or for student exhibits. The room is equipped with a rear view projection screen and a "Pullman" kitchen. It can be rented at a nominal fee. Sletwold Hall was completed through the generosity of the Sletwold family of Vermillion.
