The Harlem Community Center (HCC) offers recreational, educational, and social activities for youth and adults living in Northern Winnebago County. HCC was founded in 1957 and opened Hand-N-Hand Child Care Center in October of 2007. HCC has grown into a regional center providing services and opportunities to over 100,000 individuals each year through its sponsored activities, its outdoor recreation areas such as Project Playworks, Skateworks, and the Sports Complex.
HCC is committed to providing a positive environment for individual growth while building a strong sense of community and neighborhood empowerment. At HCC everyone participates in our recreational programming. There are no residency requirements to participate in an HCC program.
