The Gold Canyon Arts Festival is a much- anticipated community celebration produced each year by the all- volunteer Gold Canyon Arts Council. It is a one- day event featuring a juried art show, musical groups performing throughout the day and a variety of food vendors. Last year, over five thousand people attended to peruse the art work of 85 artists and to listen to five musical groups. Many participating artists say this is the best one day art show held in the state.
