Artists’ Circle, an association of artists who live and work in Minnesota and western Wisconsin, serves as an educational advocate for art and fine craft. Our organization promotes venues for the exhibition and sale of work by local professionals who produce art and fine craft.
Creativity and originality, skillful use of materials, and presentation are the professional criteria.
The organization produces two juried art fairs in Saint Paul: the highly regarded Art at Hidden River, formerly Art at Ramsey (since 1995) in conjunction with Saint Paul Public Schools Community Education and Art at St. Kate’s (since 2008) in cooperation with Textile Center.
