From family-friendly thrills to terrifying favorites, celebrate Halloween with a night of films at Uptown Celebrate Halloween with West Chester Film Festival at Uptown! Join us on October 18 for an evening of films.  We will start the evening with a selection of family friendly films including light scares and fun frights.  We will end the night with some of the scariest films from festival past.
