Vintage Twilight Block Party: Cold Chocolate with Emma Cook

Join us every other Saturday for the sunset shindig of the season at the Twilight Block Party! Burlington's newest downtown event merges the best of Twilight and the BTV Market with music, vendors, art activities, small bites and more.

5PM: With thoughtful lyrics and upbeat grooves, Emma Cook’s music will draw you into stories of spice racks, motherhood, moon phases, climate change, and every feeling in between. A “formidable songwriter and instrumentalist”, Cook performs on guitar and piano and has a commanding and expressive vocal range  [Seven Days VT]. Her powerful presence, vulnerability and humor onstage reflect her delightfully melancholy experience of being human. 

Next up, Boston-based Americana band Cold Chocolate fuses folk, funk, and bluegrass to create a unique, genre-bending sound. Featuring Ethan Robbins on guitar/mandolin and Ariel Bernstein on drums/banjo, Cold Chocolate promises a high-energy evening of original songs punctuated by tight harmonies and skillful musicianship.
