Treasure Coast Theatre presents the dark comedy "Six Degrees of Separation" by John Guare

A young con man scams his way into the lives of wealthy New York couple Ouisa and Flan Kittridge by claiming to know their children and to be the son of actor Sidney Poitier. They soon learn that he has been scamming other people in their circle, along with other unsuspecting victims.

"Six Degrees of Separation" was first produced on Broadway in 1990 and was nominated for a Pulitzer Prize and four Tony Award, winning one. It was later made into a feature film with Stockard Channing, Donald Sutherland and Will Smith.

Critics praised the pay for its humor, wit, and ability to explore complex themes in a captivating way.
