St. Petersburg Science Festival

The St. Petersburg Science Festival is an annual regional celebration where families and the public can explore the wonders of hands-on science, technology, engineering, art, and math (STEAM). 

We are looking forward to our 2025 Festival on Feb 7 and Feb 8, 2025.  Feb 7th is School Day (registration is full) and Feb 8th from 10am to 4pm is the free Public Festival (no registration need).

The Festival is located at the University of South Florida St. Petersburg campus and Poytner Park – along the waterfront.  It is held in conjunction with MarineQuest, the open house of the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission’s Fish and Wildlife Research Institute.   The two events happen side-by-side and attendees are able to walk from one to the other.
