Springfield Fourth of July Parade and Celebration

Join us on Friday, July 4th for an Independence Day celebration of “We the People”!

The festivities begin with Springfield's 4th of July Parade at 11:00am in Springfield Center, NY.

Follow the parade to the community center for a patriotic celebration with music by the Camden Continentals and the Cooperstown Community Band, Brooks’ chicken barbecue, homemade pie, Springfield Historical Society open house, children’s games, raffles, and more. Arrive early for free parking at the Springfield Community Center located at 129 County Rd 29A.   

Then head to the beach at Glimmerglass State Park for an evening concert with local rock band Scattered Flurries starting at 7:30pm, followed by a display of FIREWORKS.

Springfield…the place to be on the 4th of July!
