Southwest Washington Wind Symphony: Legends & Lore

The Southwest Washington Wind Symphony will open its 2025-2026 season with internationally acclaimed trumpet virtuoso Allen Vizzutti, guest conductor Jennifer Ferguson from the Evergreen School District, and principal conductor Patrick Murphy from the University of Portland. Musical selections include The Rising Sun, Mr. Vizzutti’s composition inspired by Japanese folklore; Riften Wed by Julie Giroux; Haunted Objects (Tsukumogami) by John Mackey, and more.
