Dr. Brent Jackson of Florida Gulf Coast University’s Water School explores the powerful link between time in nature and people’s well-being. Drawing from both research and real-world experience, he shares how reconnecting with the natural world can reduce stress, boost resilience and enhance overall health.

Doors open at 5:30pm. Test your knowledge of the night’s topic with an answer hunt. There will be prizes!
Snacks and drinks will be served until 6:30pm, when the presentation begins.
