In 2024, we are aligning with the Earth Day Network’s theme of PLANET VS PLASTICS. This theme calls to advocate for widespread awareness on the health risks of plastics, rapidly phasing out single use plastics and pushing for a strong UN Treaty on Plastic Pollution by the end of 2024.

Food & Drink at the Festival

Food Court
The Santa Barbara Earth Day Festival Food Court features the best farm-to-table climate-friendly fare in the region. Offering vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free options, animal protein sourced from regenerative ranches, and lots of locally grown ingredients, there are options for every type of eater. Come hungry and ready to savor the incredible bounty of our food system. Look for food system highlights at each booth.

Beer & Wine Garden
Situated adjacent to the Main Stage, the Beer & Wine Garden is the perfect place to meet up with friends and chill. Enjoy live music and local beer, wine, and libations. Must be 21 years or older to gain entry.

An annual showcase and test-drive event featuring the largest collection of clean vehicles and new mobility solutions in California’s Central Coast.

Our annual Ride & Drive is the best way for attendees to experience the look, feel, and performance of the latest plug-in electric, hybrid electric, and fuel cell vehicles. Limited number of spaces available.

Static Clean Vehicle and Mobility displays
Take part in the largest showcase of clean vehicles and new mobility solutions between Los Angeles and the San Francisco Bay Area.

Rebate and Incentives
Get the latest information about California state rebates, the Federal tax credit, and other incentives for clean car buyers.

Community Ambassadors
Talk one-on-one with community leaders who have made the transition to clean vehicles to learn how electric and fuel cell vehicles fit in their daily life.

Homegrown Roots
learn about, taste and explore our local food movement, from the roots up

The Homegrown Roots zone features local farmers and food producers, food and beverage artisans, small business owners, and non-profit organizations working in the food system. This zone will provide an opportunity for attendees to learn about our regional foodshed, connect with the folks who work so hard to cultivate it, and learn what they can do to support its vibrant future.
