Rotunda Rocks returns for its third year of rockin’ fun! These Friday night neighborhood street festivals on the plaza at The Rotunda feature live music from Baltimore’s top Indie, folk, blues, rock, Latin, and reggae bands along with food, drinks, games and vendors.
