RisuCon is Montgomery County's Comic Con; an anime and cosplay event for the whole family. RisuCon has panels, a game room, cosplay contests, cosplay photo shoots, activities, vendors, and tons of fun for the whole family. Meet comic book artists and authors. New for 2025: visit our Cosplay Barn to see demonstrations and get your hands on cosplay materials to learn how to make better cosplays! Admission is $30 for adults and one free admission for kids 12 and under with each paid adult. Watch anime all day long in our screening room. Watch Maryland LARPers from Darkon, as well as Star Wars cosplayers from the 501st Legion, the Mandalorian Army, and the Rebel and Saber Guild. And don't forget to get photos with your favorite super heroes with Superhero Support. The whole family can attend RisuCon, in costume, and have the time of your life!
