Psychedelia: An Immersive Blacklight Climbing Party

This isn't your regular climbing competition. Hundreds of painted and costumed climbers will gather under blacklights at The Spot Bouldering Gym in Boulder for their annual Psychedelia bouldering competition, returning on Saturday, October 25.

Psychedelia is a nationally recognized and immersive climbing competition that The Spot has hosted for over 20 years, inspiring a wave of look-alike events worldwide. Following this year’s theme, 'Undersee Abyss,' artists and route setters will create incredible, interactive artwork throughout the gym. We’ll have exciting climbs for all skill levels, a costume contest, complimentary beverages (21+), and a magical finals round with cash prizes!

The Fractal Society, a Boulder-based circus arts collective, will also provide stunning circus performances throughout the night, while DJ Electric Lady brings the grooves.
