In the bustling city of Agrabah, a kind-hearted street urchin named Aladdin dreams of a better life. Princess Jasmine, meanwhile, longs for freedom beyond the palace walls and dreads marrying a prince she doesn't love. The evil Grand Vizier, Jafar, schemes to gain power by finding a magical lamp hidden in the Cave of Wonders.
Aladdin is tricked into retrieving the lamp for Jafar, but instead finds a hilarious and powerful Genie who grants him three wishes. With his first wish, Aladdin transforms into "Prince Ali" to impress Jasmine. They share a magical carpet ride, falling in love as they explore "A Whole New World."
However, Jafar steals the lamp and becomes the Genie's new master, using his wishes to take over Agrabah. Aladdin, revealed as his true self, bravely confronts Jafar. He outwits the villain, tricking him into wishing to become an all-powerful Genie, which traps Jafar forever in his own lamp.
With his last wish, Aladdin nobly frees the Genie. The Sultan, moved by Aladdin's courage, changes the law, allowing Jasmine to marry for love. Finally, Aladdin and Jasmine are united, proving that true worth lies within, not in riches or titles.
