Speaker: John Schuster

In part one of Aging with Intention on March 4, we covered four important characteristics required for the aging process to be as useful, happy, and positive as it can be. This lecture adds new material and approaches for the participants that they can put into practice in their own ways. Of course, there is physical decline as we age, but that is only part of the story. Learn from presenter John Schuster how brain changes, attitude, relationships, gratitude, positive engagement, and an underlying sense of the sacred provide vigor and life in the face of the aging process. We do not have to like the changes that come with aging, but we do need to learn how to cooperate with it.
