November Lunch and Learn: Estate Planning for Artists

Join us to learn about the fundamentals of Estate Planning for Artists. Kalyna A. Procyk, Esq., Owner and Managing Attorney of Procyk Law Group, will share her depth of knowledge about why estate planning is imperative for everyone (not just the super wealthy!), what must be included in your plan to keep your family out of course, and how to make the estate planning process as easy as possible for your loved ones. Further, Procyk will touch on the importance of reviewing your will or trust regularly, the costs associated with estate planning. Significantly, the session will include special considerations for artist estates, including the handling of artwork, studio inventories, and tax implications.
