Noon Year's Eve at Haltom City Public Library

Have little ones that won’t quite make it till midnight to celebrate the New Year? Instead of counting down till midnight, we’ll countdown till noon! We will have a craft, light snacks, party blowers and a super cool countdown! The super cool countdown (aka the balloon drop) will happen right at noon so don’t be late!
