Newark Independent Film Festival: Fright Nights

Newark Independent Film Festival is back this October with Fright Nights! On the evenings of October 17th and 18th, we'll be showcasing 22 short horror films from local filmmakers and beyond, The Director's Cut of The Exorcist and Mirror Life: Modern Zombies about a woman searching for her cousin who disappeared after enrolling in an illegal clinical trial (from local filmmaker and festival director, Kazy Tauginas). On the 17th we'll also be hosting a costume contest! Winner gets $100 and two VIP passes to the festival in August. These are horror films of various sub-genres so viewer discretion is strongly advised.
