New Year's Eve Before Dark Party at South Valley Public Library

South Valley Library will ring in the new year on Tuesday, when the clock strikes noon! Come join us for crafts, snacks, a countdown to Noon, and a balloon drop! This event is designed for preschoolers and elementary-age children but all who want to celebrate ringing in 2024 are welcome!
