Crab Imperial Cheddar - Aged cheddar, emmenthaler, lager beer, lump crab meat, horseradish, scallions
Sparkling Gruyere - Gruyere, Fontina, Raclette, Champagne, garlic, nutmeg, lemon
Quattro Formaggio - Butterkase, Fontina, fresh mozzarella, parmesan, white wine, roasted garlic, basil & sun-dried tomato pestos
Served with artisan breads, seasonal fruits & veggies, and braised short ribs with carrots & potatoes.

Caesar - Romaine lettuce, parmesan, croutons, caesar dressing, pine nuts.
Wisconsin Wedge - Iceberg wedge, tomatoes, gorgonzola, bacon, peppercorn ranch.
