Musser Marimba Festival Opening Concert & Mural Unveiling

On Tuesday, Oct. 14, the festival comes to Manheim, PA, for a free birthday celebration in honor of Clair Musser. Starting at 7pm at Zion Lutheran Church, 2 S. Hazel St., Manheim, the festivities will include a mural reveal, marimba performances, and cake! The mural, which covers an entire wall of the Zion Lutheran Preschool building, is being painted by Horst Arts and incorporates fun and engaging images of a marimba and space. The visual elements are a nod to Musser, who lived just down the street from the mural’s location and once built a marimba out of meteorites! The mural encourages creativity and reaching for the stars, just as Musser did.
