The NOAH Center is a 501(c)3 nonprofit dedicated to stopping the euthanasia of healthy, adoptable and treatable homeless dogs and cats. Since opening in 2003, we have conducted over 149,000 spay/neuter operations and have helped more than 53,000 animals find their forever home. The average cost per
animal rescued through NOAH is $750. Events like Laugh Your Tail Off ensure we have the funds to
continue saving animals in need
