Juneteenth Week Celebration

The Johnstown NAACP is presenting a full week of free, family-friendly activities to celebrate Juneteenth! All will take place at Peoples Natural Gas Park unless otherwise indicated.

Schedule:

12:00 pm: Juneteenth Parade from Main & Franklin to Peoples Natural Gas Park (Starts at Franklin & Washington Street. Proceeds to Franklin & Main. Crosses Market Street and Walnut Street. Turns right on Johns Street at Point Stadium and then to Peoples Natural Gas Park.)
1:00 pm: Mayor Frank Janakovic Juneteenth Proclamation
1:30 pm: Black Veterans Recognition Ceremony
3:00 pm: Music by DJ Moe Be
5:00 pm: Dr. Chris Dahlin and Yoko the Cockatoo
6:00 pm: Music by The Palovations
