It’s BACK! For over 50 years the Holy Cross Episcopal Church in Street, Maryland has held a Strawberry Festival. The festival is a way to thank the community for their support and celebrate another joyful year. Local craftspeople, as well as local produce, are available for all to peruse. For the kids there is free Face Painting and a Bouncy House and lots of ice cream. The entire event is family friendly. You can enjoy fresh strawberries on our famous Strawberry Shortcake or sample some Home-Made Baked goods. If you are still hungry there is Pulled Turkey, hot dogs and hamburgers cooked by our fine members of Holy Cross Episcopal Church. Don’t forget to check out the white elephant table or get your garden started by purchasing some local plants. Live music, by Mason Dixon, makes this a great way to bring in the Summer.
