Welcome to the Annual Fizz Ehrler Memorial Turning Back Time Car Show. We look forward to all having a great time and appreciate your support of the event.

To make this a great event for everyone from participants to spectators, sponsors, entertainers and everyone, there are a few guidelines we’ve laid out for your safety along with that of your valuable show car. Following these guidelines will enable us to maximize the number of cars coming in which is growing each year. Thank you for your help with this. Have a great day and enjoy the show!

Early Bird Holding Area
The parking lots behind the county building just off of State St. and Locust St. have been reserved for those arriving in town on Sunday morning prior to gate opening at 7:00 AM. Officials will be there to notify drivers when to head for the gate upon opening. You can either pay upon entering the show the day of or enter with your pre-paid receipt (with confirmation on our list of pre-registered participants.

Show Parking
Parking is first come first serve. If you are part of a group, it is necessary for you all to come in as a group. Some exceptions can be made on a short term temporary basis for one or two however as the numbers of entries entering increases, those unused saved spaces will be filled.

When parking, center your car between the lines where they exist.

For fire and safety regulation compliance with the following is essential:
No tents in parking spaces or where obstructive to patrons and spectators as deemed by show staff
Crosswalks must be left open
Fire lanes must be observed and kept clear
If parking on a corner, you must be parallel and within 12” of the curb
No outside golf carts or similar devices
No RC cars, drones, or other remote controlled devices
Parking in the middle of State St. must be lined up north of the centerline
Do not block driveway entrances to parking lots

Registration
Registration opens at 8:00 AM. After parking, head to the Registration Tent on the north side of State St. at the Somonauk St. intersection. Those who are Pre-registered can line up on the right for faster service. All cars parked in the show area must be registered.

Cooking
Because of the possibilities of fallout on the show cars, no cooking is allowed in the show area. There are many local restaurants and food vendors downtown for your culinary delight!
