Filmed half and half in Paris and New York City with an all-star lineup of NYC musicians, and loosely inspired by Tatiana Eva-Marie’s New York lifestyle as a jazz singer, Swing Rendezvous features a dazzling combination of NY Jazz and Parisian Swing that will satisfy any Jazz or Francophile music lover. Paris is filled with dreamers and sometimes it takes just the right ingredients to make dreams come true. Théodore (Gérome Barry), an awkward, uptight, and lovelorn Parisian, discovers the existence of a supernatural song. A missing 1920s jazz standard that can make people fall in love at first sight. His heart skips a beat. He MUST find that song at all costs and use it to charm Amandine (Anna Bosc-Molinaro), whom he knows is the love of his life. His investigation leads him to New York City, where he meets hip, young jazz musicians, and thus his adventures begin. Will he find the song? Will the song make Amandine fall in love with him? We’ll find out watching this most endearing and enchanting film filled with music, love, and the spirit of following dreams no matter where they lead. About Tatiana Eva-Marie: Nicknamed the Gypsy-jazz Warbler by the New York Times, Tatiana Eva-Marie is a transatlantic bandleader, singer, author, and actress. She plays music derived from the Django tradition with Gypsy and French jazz influences. Accruing over 80 million views on YouTube, Tatiana Eva-Marie was acclaimed as a millennial shaking up the jazz scene by magazine Vanity Fair.
