Twice each year—once in winter, once in summer—WCEC members and guests enjoy a wonderful gathering in which each of us brings and reads aloud some of the written pieces that have become our favorites, the most meaningful to us throughout our lives.
We call the sessions Favorite Things.
The readings can be of any type – poems, excerpts from essays and articles, lines from novels, speeches, songs, prayers, sermons, texts, quotations. Written by you, by anybody.
Our only guidelines:
