The Nasher Sculpture Center staff show, Friends on Flora, at Atelier Luxury Apartments, is an exhibition celebrating the creative talents of the museum’s staff. As an institution dedicated to modern and contemporary sculpture, the Nasher is shaped by a team of multidisciplinary artists and creative individuals whose artistic practices extend beyond their roles within the museum.

Friends on Flora will be on view at Atelier, the luxury residences in the heart of the Dallas Arts District, reinforcing the museum’s ongoing connection to the vibrant creative community that surrounds it.

Cameron Casey is a performer, arts fundraiser, and Jimmy's Food Store enthusiast from Fairview, Texas. They can usually be found in the bowels of the Nasher, at home painting, or purchasing lasagna at Jimmy's.

Erin Frisch: Gallery Educator
Erin Frisch works in embroidery to capture specific moments of everyday life. She finds inspiration in the landscape and the layered history of her home state of Texas. She enjoys documenting passing moments using the slow process of embroidery.

Marjaneh Goudarzi: Visitor Experience Facilitator and Volunteer Coordinator
Born in Iran, Marjaneh Goudarzi is a Dallas-based figurative artist and art historian, shaping form and expression through paint for over four decades and recently expanding her practice to sculpture and clay. Before immigrating to the U.S. in 2010, she spent 20 years as a professor of oral medicine at Shiraz Dental School; since then, her journey has unfolded across solo and group exhibitions, an MA in Art History from UT Dallas, and her ongoing role at the Nasher Sculpture Center’s Visitor Experience team.

Sarah Janke: Manager of School and Family Programs
Sarah Janke is a surface designer who creates unique, digitally crafted patterns for the home. Inspired by her experiences living in countries such as India, Romania, and Germany, she blends vibrant global aesthetics with versatile designs. Her work reflects a deep appreciation for color and pattern.

Michaela Johnson: Visitor Experience Facilitator
A Visual Artist and Illustrator based in Dallas, TX. She received her BFA in Studio Art at Texas State University in San Marcos, TX and her MA in Art History and Visual Culture at Richmond: The American Int’l University in London, England. She uses various techniques with colored pencils to create bright, colorful, and captivating illustrations.

Isabel Lee-Rosson: Manager or Visitor Experience
Isabel is an artist and art historian whose practice centers on the consumption and degradation of the environment. Her artworks explore native and invasive plants' textures and relationships through installations, guerilla gardens, weavings, and work on paper. @isabelvleer

David Leggett: Director of Individual Giving
David Leggett (b.1974) is a Dallas native who’s been stacking creativity one brick at a time. As a Lego artist, he turns the humble plastic block into vibrant pieces that make you see the iconic toy in a whole new way. Inspired by mythology, modern design, and sometimes just a splash of whimsy, David’s work pushes the boundaries of what you can do with a Lego set. Adrienne Lichliter-Hines is an ex-paper artist and printmaker. A time ago, she explored photography and mark making through lithography in an effort to challenge the hierarchy of commodified attention.

Paulina Lopez: Gallery Educator
Paulina Lopez has exhibited artworks at the Oak Cliff Cultural Center and Artes de la Rosa Cultural Center for the Arts. Her toxic trait is speaking in Gilmore Girls references. Born in Mexico and raised in the Midwest, she now lives in Oak Cliff with her husband and two children.

Emily Martinez: Visitor Experience Facilitator
Emily Martinez graduated with a BA in Art History from Texas Tech University. As a native Texan, and daughter of an immigrant, her work seeks to reconcile the complexities of heritage, belonging, spirituality, and fate.

Corin Moores: Visitor Experience Facilitator
Corin Moores is a native of Carrollton, Texas. In May 2024, she received her BFA in Studio Art with a concentration in sculpture at Texas Tech University. Her current work explores transforming textiles through various hardening methods.

Mary Poole Driver: Assistant Manager of Visitor Experience
Mary Poole Driver's artwork is shaped by her deep Dallas roots and extensive background in the arts. Originally from Oak Cliff, Mary earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the University of Texas at Austin and completed the Professional Printmaker training program at Tamarind Institute.

Molly Sydnor: Marketing & Digital Engagement Manager
Molly Sydnor is a Dallas-based multidisciplinary fine artist with an eye for fiber. She received a BFA from the Maryland Institute College of Art and her work has been shown in solo and group exhibitions in Austin, Baltimore, Dallas, Charlotte, Fort Worth, Houston, Jackson Hole, Long Beach, Miami, Milwaukee, New York City, Richmond, Savannah, and Telluride.

Claire Taggart: Conservator
When Claire Taggart, conservator at the Nasher Sculpture Center, isn’t tending to the enchanting sculptures down the street, she can be found looking at rocks, watering plants, and sometimes sitting on the floor of her apartment making small paintings. Originally from California, Taggart studied drawing and painting years before moving across the country (“Hi, I’m in… Delaware”) to get her MS in art conservation. After living in small towns and big cities, she’s happy to call Dallas home since 2019.
