Exhibition: Enchanted Forest

For the month of March, the artists at Artworks@7th Gallery are embracing their marvel of the natural world through the theme of Enchanted Forest. Nature’s creatures will come to life out of imagination and sensational skies and majestic trees will rule the day. You will see it in Elaine Davy Strong’s “Enchanted Forest”, Maria Birnkammer’s “Crowin’ around” and Mike Smalley’s “Cat on a walk” and many more examples during the month of March.

Our guest artist this month is Damani Barnes. He combines sets of photographs to express feelings and ideas, such as despite change some particular places maintain their sense of familiarity and comfortability as seen in “Changing Stillness 1” and “Changing Stillness 2”- the balance between self-containment and interaction with the surrounding environment and a sense of normalcy.

Join us at the Artworks@7th Gallery monthly reception on March 2, 2024 from 1 PM- 4PM. Light refreshments will be provided.
