Earth Day Upcycle T-Shirt Tote Bag

Join us at the Jefferson County Library/Arnold Branch to create a "no-sew" tote bag. Participants should bring the tshirt of their choice and turn it into a cute, trendy, "statement" tote bag. Instruction and tools are provided. Registration is required. Ages 16+
