Saturday, May 4, 2024 at 8:30am

Granville's 11th Annual Cornbread & Moonshine Festival features a Cornbread Cookoff and Moonshine Tasting event.  Plan to visit us on May 4 and bring your best cornbread or hoecake recipe.  After the cornbread has been judged, everyone will have the opportunity to enjoy a country lunch and sample the entries.

The Tennessee Whiskey Trail Guild will participate in this year's event with 15 area distillers participating.  For a $10 Tasting Fee, visitors can sample dozens of beverages and purchase products directly from the distillers.

One of the highlights of your day will be your visit to the Granville Decanter Museum to see the "World's Largest" collection of limited- edition decanters.  You'll be amazed at the artistry and the variety as you walk through the museum with over 5,000 decanters on display.

This outdoor festival will be packed with activities that the whole family will enjoy, including concerts by Sweet N3 Band, Front Row Barber Shop Quartet and Elvis Tribute Artist, Wayne Euliss.  Just for fun, visitors can come dressed as Elvis and participate in the Elvis Look-A-Like Contest and enjoy an Elvis Trivia Contest.
