Celebrating 55 years of community and wildlife!
Join us on the Alaska Zoo lawn and trails for our annual fundraiser "Champions of the Wild". On the evening of June 18th, we will share our mission highlights with you. Discover who we are, how we care for wildlife in need and the impact we have in our community.
The evening will feature a catered dinner with wine pairings, auctions, live music and more. Funds raised during this event will benefit animal care, new veterinary equipment and growth. We hope to see you there!
Catering for the evening is by Dianne's Wild Fork Catering.
Appetizers: Hot Artichoke Spinach Wontons -and- Ahi Tune Poke Nachos
Salad: Fresh Caprese Salad with Balsamic Reduction.
Main: Cedar Plank Halibut or Filet Steak w/whipped Beurre Jaune Polenta and Broccolini
Vegetarian/Vegan: Quinoa and Tofu-stuffed Pepper and Grilled Veggies
Dessert: Apple Rose Tartlets with Salted Carmel Sauce
