Beginner friendly class for individuals. The foundational skills of ballroom dance are taught and practiced repetitively. Most skills are useful in all types of dance.
The skills taught include
- proper body alignment and foot position
- flexibility of hips, spine, neck, and shoulders
- balance: stationary and while moving
- foot strength and activation
- back strength and arm position for proper personal frame
